USTC has conquered the ultra-high-frequency piezoelectric processing technology for thin-film lithium niobate and completed the development of SAW devices operating above 20 GHz, which are applied in 5G RF filtering.
Thin-film lithium niobate (the biggest highlight of the year): Domestic thin-film lithium niobate chips have been mass-adopted into 800G optical modules. Eoptolink and Accelink have launched 800G products equipped with TFLN lithium niobate modulators, and booming computing infrastructure construction fuels rapid capacity expansion of lithium niobate wafers.
