Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

For standard 2.5D panels, our MOQ is typically 200 pieces. For 3D full-curved glass requiring custom molds, the MOQ is 500 pieces to amortize tooling costs. Prototyping runs of 5-20 pieces are available for design validation -- tooling fees apply and are credited back upon mass production order.
Every batch undergoes 100% Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) for dimensional parameters. We use calibrated CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) for critical dimensions. First-article inspection reports (FAIR) are produced for every new project, and in-process sampling follows AQL 1.0 Level II standards. You receive a full measurement report with each shipment.
Yes. We use CNC diamond-wheel cutting and ultrasonic drilling for holes as small as ∅1.0mm in glass ≥0.7mm thick. Irregular contours, slots, and notches are all achievable. For 3D curved glass, machining is done post-forming with fixture-assisted CNC to maintain positional accuracy on curved surfaces. DXF files are recommended for complex geometries.
Standard documentation includes: ISO 9001:2015 certificate, RoHS 3 (EU 2015/863) compliance declaration, REACH SVHC declaration, material safety data sheets (MSDS), and Certificate of Conformance (CoC) per shipment. For EU market customers, we can also support CE marking documentation for end-product integration. SGS and TÜV third-party testing can be arranged upon request.
Standard production lead time is 15-25 working days for 2.5D glass and 20-35 working days for 3D curved glass (excluding prototype phase). For urgent orders, we offer expedited production scheduling with a 30-50% lead time reduction for an additional fee. We also maintain pre-stocked standard substrates to accelerate processing. All lead times are confirmed in writing at order placement.
We sign NDAs before any technical drawings or proprietary specifications are shared. Our standard NDA covers design files, technical parameters, and business terms. Tooling and molds are exclusively owned by the customer -- we do not reuse or share them. Internal access to customer files is restricted to the assigned engineering team only. We are happy to review your company's own NDA template if preferred.
