Can you match our exact drawing tolerances, including complex cutouts?
Yes. Our CNC routing holds ±0.1mm on external dimensions and ±0.05mm on critical features. We accept DXF, DWG, STEP, or PDF drawings. During DFM review, we'll flag any features that require tolerance relaxation -- before you commit to tooling costs.
What documentation comes with the shipment for EU compliance?
Every shipment includes: Certificate of Conformance (CoC), RoHS Declaration of Conformity, REACH SVHC statement, material data sheet (MDS), and full lot traceability records. For medical or automotive customers, we can provide additional IEC/ISO test reports on request.
How do you handle non-conforming units -- and what's your defect rate?
Our 100% inspection protocol means non-conforming units never leave the factory. Our current first-pass yield rate is 99.8%. In the rare event of a confirmed defect reaching your facility, we replace at no cost and provide a root-cause analysis report within 5 business days.
What's the minimum order quantity, and can we start with a small prototype run?
Prototype runs start from 1-10 pieces with a 7-10 day turnaround from DFM approval. Production MOQ is 50 units. We structure pricing to make prototyping accessible -- because we'd rather prove ourselves on a small order than ask you to commit blind.
Can PC faceplates be certified to IK10 and UL94 V-0 simultaneously?
Yes. We use Makrolon® 2407 and similar grades that are inherently flame-retardant (UL94 V-0) while meeting IK10 impact resistance under EN 62262. No secondary treatments required. Material certificates from Covestro are available upon request.
