Can you work from a rough sketch instead of a CAD file?

Yes. Our engineering team can convert your dimensional description or rough sketch into a formal technical drawing. Simply send us your measurements, application requirements, and any reference images -- we'll produce a proper CAD file for your review and approval before prototyping begins.

Do you offer reverse engineering services?

Absolutely. If you have an existing sample but no drawings, we can perform reverse measurement and mapping to create accurate technical documentation. We'll also identify any design improvements -- such as material upgrades or tolerance optimizations -- that could reduce cost or improve performance.

What is the minimum order quantity for prototyping?

We support orders starting from a single piece (MOQ = 1) for R&D and development phases. There is no minimum quantity barrier -- we believe in growing alongside our clients from proof-of-concept all the way to mass production.

How do you handle NDA and IP protection for custom designs?

We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements before any technical drawings or specifications are shared. Your design files are stored in a restricted-access system, accessible only to the assigned engineering team. We do not share, replicate, or resell any custom design to third parties -- ever.

What documentation do you provide for compliance (RoHS, REACH, ISO)?

We provide full compliance documentation including ISO 9001 certificates, RoHS and REACH compliance declarations, material test reports (MTR), and inspection reports (COC/COA). These are standard inclusions for all production orders destined for the EU and North American markets.

Can I visit the factory or arrange a third-party audit?

Yes -- and we actively welcome it. Factory visits to our Shenzhen facility can be arranged with advance notice. We also accept third-party audits (SGS, Bureau Veritas, etc.) and virtual factory tours via video call. Transparency is a core value, not just a claim.
