My name is Iris. Before becoming a menber of Winson Optics, I spent 12 years on the front lines of domestic procurement and supply chain management in China.
The 12 Years That Shaped Everything
During those 12 years, I was either on my way to review samples or standing on the factory floor conducting audits. I've lived through the despair of an entire project grinding to a halt because of a 0.05mm deviation. I've dissected countless "expensive lessons" born from cross-border communication breakdowns.
As a procurement manager, my professional instinct was always to question and demand -- until I met my current partner.
