Silk-Screen Printed
Plastic Panels
From HMI control overlays to medical device front panels -- we engineer print-to-substrate adhesion that survives 100,000+ actuations, chemical exposure, and UV degradation. Every panel ships with a full inspection report.
ISO 9001 certified. Every batch includes adhesion cross-cut test (ISO 2409), ink hardness verification, and dimensional inspection report.

Silk-Screen Printing Sounds Simple.
Until It Fails in the Field.
Most sourcing failures in printed plastic panels don't happen at the factory -- they happen 6 months after delivery, when ink delaminates under cleaning agents, colors drift between batches, or registration shifts make your product look unfinished. We've audited these failures firsthand. Here's how we engineer them out.
Choose the Right Substrate for Your Application
Wrong substrate choice is the #1 cause of premature print failure. Our engineers will validate your selection -- or recommend a better fit.
Industrial HMI, control panels, safety overlays requiring high impact resistance
Medical devices, display bezels, backlit panels requiring crystal clarity
Consumer electronics housings, smart home devices, cost-sensitive enclosures
Membrane switches, flexible overlays, automotive interior labels

8 Controlled Steps.
Zero Surprises.
Silk-screen printing on plastic is a process-sensitive craft. We've systematized every variable -- from substrate pre-treatment to final packaging -- so your panels arrive exactly as specified, every time.
"After 12 years auditing factories, I know which process steps get skipped under schedule pressure. At Winson, substrate pre-treatment and ink cure verification are non-negotiable checkpoints -- not optional steps."
Tolerances That Actually Matter to Engineers
We publish our real process capabilities -- not marketing claims. These figures are from our production SPC data, not lab conditions.
Multi-layer color-to-color registration. Verified with optical comparator on first article and sampled during production run.
Overall panel dimensions (L×W) after CNC cutting. Tighter tolerances available with additional fixturing -- consult our engineers.
Spectrophotometer-measured against approved color standard. Ink formulas archived per customer for batch-to-batch consistency.
Cross-cut test on every production lot. Grade 0 = 0% ink removal. Failed lots are scrapped, never reworked and shipped.
Post-UV-cure hardness test per ASTM D3363. Ensures scratch resistance for panels subject to repeated operator contact.
Substrate thickness consistency affects both print quality and fit into assemblies. Measured at 9 points per panel with micrometer.
Printed Panels Across Critical Industries
Our panels operate in environments where failure is not an option -- from hospital operating rooms to factory floors.
Medical Device Front Panels
Ventilators, infusion pumps, diagnostic equipment. Biocompatible inks, IPA-resistant surfaces, cleanroom-compatible packaging.
Industrial HMI Overlays
Control panels for CNC machines, PLCs, and automation systems. Resistant to cutting fluids, hydraulic oil, and mechanical abrasion.
Smart Home Touch Panels
Light switches, thermostats, intercom panels. High-gloss or matte finishes, capacitive-touch compatible, UV-stable for indoor use.
Automotive Interior Panels
Center console overlays, instrument cluster bezels. Temperature cycling resistant (-40°C to +85°C), low-glare finishes for driver safety.
Laboratory Instrument Panels
Analytical instruments, spectrophotometers, centrifuges. Solvent-resistant inks, precise legend printing, traceable to customer part numbers.
Consumer Electronics Overlays
Appliance control panels, audio equipment faceplates. High-volume production with consistent cosmetic quality, anti-fingerprint coatings available.
