Winson Optics

Customized Silk Screen Printed Glass Manufacturer

Pixel-perfect printing on tempered, sapphire, or Gorilla Glass -- engineered for smart home panels, industrial HMIs, and medical touch interfaces. From blueprint to certified batch in weeks, not months.

Why Buyers Choose Winson

Silk Screen Done Right.
Every Batch.

Color drift, adhesion failure, and silent suppliers kill production timelines. Here's how we eliminate each risk -- with documented proof.

Spectral analyzer verifying ink color consistency in Winson production line
Pain Point

Batch-to-Batch Color Inconsistency

Suppliers promise Pantone matching but deliver visible color drift across runs -- your QC team rejects the lot.

Winson Solution

Spectral-analyzer-verified ink mixing with locked color profiles. ΔE < 2 across all batches -- documented color reports included with every shipment.

Pain Point

Ink Adhesion Failure in the Field

Prints peel under UV, cleaning agents, or humidity -- triggering costly warranty claims and brand damage.

Winson Solution

UV-cured and high-temp baked ink systems (200°C+). Adhesion tested to DIN EN ISO 2409 cross-cut standard before every shipment.

Buyer FAQ

Questions Procurement Teams Always Ask

Straight answers. No marketing fluff.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom silk screen printed glass?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces for prototyping and 500 pieces for production runs. For complex multi-layer prints or specialty substrates (sapphire, Gorilla Glass), we can discuss flexible MOQ arrangements. Contact us with your specs and we'll provide a tailored recommendation.
How do you guarantee color consistency across multiple production runs?
Every color is mixed and verified using our high-precision spectral analyzer against your approved color profile (Pantone or RAL reference). We maintain a locked ink formula card for each client's SKU, ensuring ΔE < 2 across reorders. Color reports are included in every shipment's documentation package.
What documentation do you provide for EU customs and compliance?
Standard shipment documentation includes: Certificate of Conformance (CoC), RoHS Declaration of Conformity, REACH SVHC declaration, ISO 9001 certificate copy, and full inspection reports. For medical device applications, we can additionally provide material traceability records and cleanroom production certificates.
What are your typical lead times for prototypes and production batches?
Prototypes: 7-14 business days from drawing approval. Production runs (500-5,000 pcs): 3-5 weeks depending on complexity and substrate. Rush service is available for critical projects -- discuss with your account manager during the engineering review stage.
Can you print on curved or non-flat glass surfaces?
Yes. We support 2.5D and 3D curved glass printing using conformable screen tooling and UV-pad printing for complex geometries. Please submit your 3D model or curvature radius data during the engineering review -- our team will assess feasibility and recommend the optimal printing method.
