Domestic germanium single crystals and calcium fluoride have fully covered the automotive infrared and security temperature measurement markets; bulk lithium niobate is mature for commercial use, while thin-film lithium niobate LNOI is mainly developed in the laboratory and is currently undergoing small-scale sample verification.
