Lithium niobate modulators are extensively integrated into 1.6T optical modules. Domestically fabricated lithium niobate chips have passed field tests for high-speed space-to-ground optical communication, and automotive-grade lithium niobate components for FMCW automotive LiDAR are delivered in volume.
